Returns & Refunds

All Force Refresh products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs showing the item and the issue

Once we have reviewed the problem, eligible claims will be resolved with a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Incorrect Size or Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order, we cannot generally offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong color or product, or simply changed your mind.

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows that an order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. We will assist with eligible lost-package claims whenever possible.

How to Report a Problem

Please contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of receiving your order and include your order number and details about the problem.

Please do not return an item without contacting us first. We will provide instructions if a physical return is necessary.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days after the refund has been processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times vary by bank or payment provider.

Fulfillment

Force Refresh products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Printful. Production and shipping locations may vary depending on the product, availability, and delivery destination.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
